CloserCode ("CloserCode", "we", "us") provides CloserOS, a sales-intelligence platform that helps sales professionals analyze their own calls, meetings, email metadata, and CRM activity. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions: privacy@closercode.com.
If you connect Google Calendar or Gmail, our use of data received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: Google data is used only to provide user-facing features you request (matching meetings to calls, identifying your prospects, surfacing follow-up signals); it is not used for advertising; it is not sold; humans do not read it except with your consent, for security, or as required by law. You can disconnect Google access at any time in Settings or via your Google Account permissions.
We use trusted service providers to run CloserCode: cloud hosting, a managed database, authentication (Clerk), payments (Stripe), and AI model providers that process text you submit (e.g. call transcripts) solely to generate the analysis you request. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.
Your data is retained while your account is active. You can disconnect any integration at any time, and you can request full account deletion at privacy@closercode.com — we delete your content within 30 days, subject to legal requirements.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest; integration tokens are additionally encrypted at the application layer; tenant data is isolated with database-level row security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact privacy@closercode.com and we'll honor applicable requests.
We'll post updates here and note the date above. Material changes will be communicated in-product or by email.
