Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CloserOS, provided by CloserCode ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. Questions: hello@closercode.com.

The service

CloserOS analyzes sales calls, meetings, email metadata, and CRM activity that you connect, and produces insights, summaries, and recommendations for your sales work. AI-generated output can be wrong — it is decision support, not professional advice, and you remain responsible for your communications and decisions.

Your account & acceptable use

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• Only connect data sources you have the right to connect (e.g. your own call recordings, consistent with applicable recording-consent laws in your jurisdiction).
• No abuse: no attempts to breach security, no scraping other tenants' data, no use of the service to send spam or violate law.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you connect or upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service on it (storage, processing, displaying it back to you). We do not sell it or use it to train generalized models.

Billing

Paid plans are billed by Stripe on a subscription basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

Termination

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, your content is removed per our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-product or by email and apply from your continued use.
